AW-71 Hard shift when warm. 200 1988

Ever since I had the dealer replace the output shaft bearing the transmission seems to shift hard from 1st to 2nd only when warm. It was overfilled by about a litre so the dealer removed it. It seems to hang at about 4000 rpm (2 second delay) and then shift very hard into second. Is this going to damage the tranny. I think maybe it needs a full fluid flush because it only does iot when driving more than 15 mins. The fluid may be to thin at that point? Its got about 320,000 Km's on it.

Thanks in advance

Chris
