Needed - dum dum's guide to posting pics with a classified ad... HELP!! 200

I found the instructions for posting pics with a classified ad.... however...

I am not usually stumped - but must obviously be doing something wrong.
I was able to upload a couple pics to the gallery - that went fine.
When I wrote the ad - I am not sure what goes in the space "URL"....
Is it supposed to be the file location on my computer??
It isn't the location of the gallery pic - I tried that...

Once I click on the "Image library / upload/select" then what???
