Very interesting Jeff!

Mine has the Swedish version on the back as well but
my Swedish side is in nice shape as I am guessing the
english side was facing the fuses. I don't however know
what year car the fuse box came from.

A Saxomat, from what i have researched, is some type
of automatic clutch system.
I wonder if this would be the automatic
transmission being referenced?

I found this on a Saab forum:

"A Fitchel & Sachs Saxomat clutch was offered for the first time on the 1957 Saab 93. The Saxomat enabled clutchless gear changing between second and third gears. The same device was fitted to DKW and Volkswagen and, despite being offered for many years, was not taken up in any great numbers."
