Tips sought for brake line fix to the Caliper

Hi
I had to replace my left rear caliper due to a stuck piston . Now I have got a replacement Bendix capiler but the brake line does not fit properly . I have also noticed that the last thread on the brass fitting on the brake line is damaged a little .Please suggest tips for this fix. I am also thinking of removing the copper brake line entirely from the car and then put it on to caliper. I have ordered another caliper as well .
Are there any hidden issue with this brake like stuff.

Regards
Gopesh
