Please Help: Are all new aftermarket Volvo rear lights junk ? 200 1989

Hi, All Proud Brick Owners,

I am driving a Volvo 240 GLE (B200E engine, 1989, right hand drive) in Singapore (Southeast Asia).

Heard that most (if not all) aftermarket Volvo lights are poorly made.
BUT a seller in ebay claims that his lights are made in Estonia (A.S. Alvo Industries), are certified (by whom i am not sure) and thus better quality than cheaper, inferior Taiwanese made ones.

Here is the url:

http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190017105239&sspagename=ADME:L:RTQ:SG:1

(Above seller has kindly informed me that i need European version rear lights, different from lights featured above and that he stocks them at US$75 per piece)

Any Volvo owners out there with knowledge / experience with the above seller or aftermarket lights in-general ?

Thanks a Bunch !
