Missing front muffler - important? 200 1991

Completely unimportant.

I've removed that middle muffler on all 3 of my last 240's and replaced the whole system with the set up meant for a Turbo 240. IPD claims 12 HP on the dyno, I claim that and a smidge better MPG with the freer flowing system.

BTW - There is no such thing as backpressure. Techs at Speedy and Midas use that term to scare you into spending megabucks on their crap replacement systems that rot out after a year.
