A/C problems after timing belt replacement 700 1990

Thanks for the advice - plugging and unplugging the part you circled worked!

Now, the remaining problem is that the a/c fan doesn't seem to come on - the relay closes when I apply 12 VDC to two of the prongs, and jumpering two of the leads together will make the fan work. So the fan is okay, and at least the relay seems okay - but the "message" to close the relay isn't getting to it. So I am finding the a/c works for a few minutes, then can't cool the cabin.
