74 164 Poly A-arm bushings and sway bar questions 140-160 1974

Hello folks, new to the forum. I recently purchased a 74 164 E automatic with 57K original miles as a daily driver/resto-rod project. I will eventually be doing a T5 tranny conversion, and will want this car to handle like a banshee as well :) Suspension mods are first on my list though:

1. I know that I can get all the polyurethane bushings from ipd, except for the upper and lower A-arm bushings. Does anyone know of a source to get polyurethane A-arm bushings?

2. Is it possible for ipd's 140 sway bars fit on a 164, and if so, how (I know KG Trimning makes a set for the 164, but I'd prefer to go with ipd's since they're bigger)?

3. I read in another thread that ipd used to make sways for the 164 . . . anyone know how I could get a hold of a set?

Thanks in advance.

Lee
