driveline vibration,shudder, noise 700 1987

My 87 745T w. 340K miles has recently developed a very pronounced vibration & shudder on take off and when coming to a stop. I replaced the center support bearing about 6 months ago to trying to fix a slight take off vibration, then about 1 month ago I replaced the Tranny mount and for a while that seemed to have cured the take off vibration, but this last week it returned worse than before and now it also happens right before coming to a stop.

It is definitely in the drive line, and not in the wheels/brakes or steering wheel.

At highway speed there is a new droning/humming noise.

I jacked the car up and was turning the driveshaft by hand but did not detect any binding?

Is it time to replace all 3 U-joints? other possibilities?

thanks,
JJ
