Volvo 240 turbo NOT shooting fuel 200

I got this 1982 240 turbo that is not shooting fuel out of the injectors. Can anyone help??????

What i know so far is. When i lift the air flow sensor plate i do get fuel out of the injectors. I am getting lots of pressure to the distributor and fuel out of the distributor.
I checked for any vacuum leaks and found none, the intake manifold gasket has been changed.
The compression is 110 all across. No its been trying to start for quite some time, so the cylinder walls have been washed with fuel, so i put some oil inside the cylinder to lube the walls. i got a little more compression out of it, so it should be good to go.
If you have have any suggestions that may help please let me know
thanks.
