Replaced Rotors, Still Pulsating 200 1993

Hello and Good Morning,

Last week I replaced the rotors on the 93 244 with Brembos from FCP. However, I did not replace the pads as there was only about 20K miles on them and they had lots of meat.

The pulsating appears to have lessened somewhat, but I wonder if I should have replaced the pads. I'd just like to get some input before this night's project begins.
