1993 240SE Wagon Start Issues 200

Good Day Everyone.
I just purchased my 2nd Volvo and I am having some issues that are driving me nuts. If anyone has advise I would appreciate it.

1993 240SE the local repair shop called it a 245 meaning 240 wagon?
Anyway the car was running and starting fine then after sitting it wouldnt stop up. It tried turning over then stopped altogether. Now I get nothing. There is power. Battery is fine and all the lights inside/outside work perfect. I crossed the battery line a the starter and it cranked over. I did not start it up but it did turn over. I dont know ifthe car will actually start this way. If so I would drive it to the shop. Since the car turns over doing this does it mean the starter or seliniod is bad? The previous owner replaced the starter, fuel pump and timing belt within the last 10K miles. Thanks for any help. I need to get this car running to get it to a shop. I have a water leak that I cannot find, but thats any story. - Cheers
