Air Conditioner and Power Windows Quit working 700 1990

Hello,

Looking for some troubleshooting advice for my 1990 740GL Turbo. The other day it was very hot in Ocala, FL where I stopped at a parts store. My cousin stayed in the car so I left it running with the air on. I was in the store approximately 20-25 minutes and when I came out the air conditioner had quit and the power windows would not work. Both were working when I went into the store.

I've done a visual check on the fuses and see no indication that any fuses were blown. It seems both issues must be related and I haven't been able to figure it out. Any suggestions on troubleshooting the issue would be really appreciated. Thanks.
