RUST ON THE FLOOR PAN!!! 200 1987

Hey there again!

While snooping around on my car today, I found rust that had made it through the floor pan! It's on both sides right under the back left foot of the driver's seat, and the back right of the passenger seat. Needless to say, I have already started to do something about it. I knocked out the bad rust so there are now holes. I put rust converter on them and am currently wating for that to set up. What shoud be my next course of action? I have no welding skills (never learned)...Should I try getting some mesh and bondo? Or fiberglass? I am a poor college student so these are my only realistic options right now. Any thoughts would be great!
