How to prepare for towing and towing tips? 200 1982

I'll be towing a uhaul trailer about 700 miles in the hot sun. The last time I trailered I almost swore I'd never do it again but I have to move in the next week or so. I have wagon springs on my sedan and the super heavy duty oem wagon hitch. I also replaced the crummy Bilstein tc's with kyb gas adjusts. How should I prepare my car so I don't rag it out AND so it soesn't sag too much?
