Dave Shannon; 740 sway bars 700 1988

Dave:
I tried your old email address and it got bounced; I forgot you moved to the hills!
I am finally getting around to installing the sway bars that I purchased
from you, on my 740T (along with changing the rear seal, clutch etc). I see
Haynes says 42mm between the two washers on each link; boy that seems loose,
even with the bushing you sent! Any recommendations? Torque it till it seems
snug?
