Fuel issues 1800 1971

I am having some issues with fuel supply on my 1800e. I have replaced all of the rubber lines, as well as the fuel pump, but I get no pressure in the system. I took the supply line off the tank, and a bare trickle came. After much experimenting, I blew air back through the tank, which at first seemed restricted, then it seemed to clear. When I put new fuel in, same problem, just a trickle. I am used to 164e fuel systems, so expected to have to change the in tank fuel sock, but find no where to do so. What is the deal????

Thanks
