245 cruisin' 200 1986

The 245 made the round trip to Ohio from Charlotte, NC in good form so I thought you all might be interested in the actual run condition temperature and oil pressure as measured by mechanical gauges with the cruise set at 80 mph and the air conditioner on high. This motor has 220k miles (odometer is from another car) and is in very good condition. We managed between 25 and 27 mpg over the whole trip of about 1200 miles at speeds from 65 to 80 mph and the air on 70% of the time.

Regards,
