hot stall battery not keeping charge, seems to be when its hot? new alternator, and new battery 200

Hey ok i posted about this before but now i have better data........

My test drive......Car runs fine At City & hwy speed, after 3 hours the car has dimming lights, the SRS light comes on, and fuel gage reads wrong amount, so i stoped turned off car went in a store for less than 20 minutes, and when i cranked back up it had bright lights and ran fine, but in a few miles, the lights dimmed, SRS Light came on, and a few minutes later it will not run sputters to a stop, so i drop in another battery and bam she is ready to drive .........alternator is new and puts out 11.8 should be 12 right?

before the stall as i was driving it, at about an hour and a half i noticed my heat gage would go a little toward hot then back to normal at hwy speed....At lower speed it seems to be fine and if it is getting toward the hot side at hwy speed i put it in neutral rev it high and it seemed to go back to normal........but this could be caused by lack o power?

Is there a relay or something that could be getting hot and causing any of this,

new batteries i have 2.....i have put 2 alternators "both test fine"

Thank You
This is a great Forum!
