96 965 Turn Signal Gremlins S90-V90

Ok, this car is driving me crazy. Tonight, I go to the store and the green arrows for the turn signals are on (on the dash). I go down the road, and they go off. A few blocks later they come on again. I jump out and the turn signals (both sides) are on solid, no flashing.

Any pointers?
Relay, switch, what's the deal here?

Thanks in advance for the help.

BTW: it's a 96 965 w/120K well maintained miles.
