Differential gasket souce? 140-160

Hi, This may be a question with an obvious answer, but I haven't been able to locate a gasket for a differential cover for my '72 142. I want to open her up and take a look at the gears and check them.
while I'm posting...I might as well ask another question:
When I am doing oh, 75mph or so and let off the gass to slow down I get a kinda'harmonic vibration drumming noise from the rear or maybe the driveshaft.
I know it's hard to decribe a noise but I am thinking it is one of afew things, which is more likely?
A).Rear gears have too much lash/wear need adjusting (best guess car has only 155,000 miles or so)
B).driveshaft out of balance. (put in a M41 used different sections from different shafts)
C). center bearing needs replacing or rubber mount or U-joints. (all seemed ok, but are not new).

I tried Volvo and some online for diff gasket.
Thanks to all,
Chris
