Steering wheel vibrates at high speed and turns 700 1990

My 740 GLE suddenly started a steering wheel vibration while making sharp turns. Checked power steering, pretty yucky and low so filled up, no improvement. This happened while in town yesterday and only shook while making hard turns, but on the interstate on the way home it shook when I would go over 60 mph. Any ideas? All ideas would be welcome.
