Lowering a 92 745 700 1992

My daughter just got married last week and now it is time to do something for myself.

I have a 92 745Ti and it is now in the paint shop now having a new coat put on it and when it is done I want to lower it.

I am thinking about putting 16" tires on it and maybe even 17", but would like to know what it is that I need in order to lower it.

Since the car has 106,000 miles on it, I am going to replace the front struts and rear shocks while adding the lowering springs.

I use the car as a daily driver and I am not into the performance so much, as I am the ride and comfort.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks
Frank
