My 91 740T sedan gets 25 MPG on the highway, but more like 19 or 20 aroung town!

Love the car has about 167,000 miles. Had 2 timing belts broke one right after I bought it. (supposedly had 25K since a belt change) Broke another one about 15K (NAPA belts) pulleys seem OK and idler (tensioner) looked good??

Have done struts and overload springs in the back , ball joints and tie rods, still need to do cone bushings.
