Stuck, please help 700 1989

If you're getting spark at the plug wires, that eliminates some of the possible no start causes. With the distributor mounted on the rear of the cam, if the timing belt is broken, the distributor won't turn.

Try putting a few shots of carb/TB cleaner into the larger of the vacuum ports on top of the throttle body. If it starts, then dies, suspect fuel pump(s). I had a situation two years ago where the pumps were making the requisite noises, and seemed to be running, had fuel at the rail, but apparently not enough fuel pressure. Wound up replacing both pumps. The in tank was dead, the forward one was dying.

You can also run the OBD tests to insure that the various parts, e.g., radio suppression relay, injectors, crank sensor, are all functioning properly.
