Water pump replacement - Rounded bolts on pulley 900

The water pump on my 1992 940GL w/ 163K miles gave out. The pump was replaced once before under the new car warrantee 12 or so years ago, so its been a while. Problem is, one of the bolts on the pulley (in front of and attached to the water pump)is rounded and is not moving. If I can't get it out using Craftsman's Bolt-out, would it be advisable to grind off the head of the bolt to remove the pulley to get to the water pump? Are replacement bolts available?
Thanks, and by the way any preference on Water pumps (Volvo, Hepu, etc?)
