Engine Light/Fuse Problem 200 1992

Hello:

Yesterday while driving my engine light came on. I checked the code and it was 1-2-1 which means the computer isn't getting a signal from the O2 Sensor. I replaced that part in November so its good. During the winter I got the same error. I pulled the fuses cleaned the contacts with a wire brush. put new fuses in. Reset the computer and every thing worked fine. with each oil change I clean the contacts etc. I can't understand why this keeps happening. The part and harness is good and It seems to definatly be a fuse issue either:

#4 Fuel feed (in-tank) pump, Lambda-sond heating element 8 A
OR
#6 Main fuel pump relay, Lambda-sond, Fuel injection system 16 A

I am not sure what to do, Ive considered taking my Drimmell tool and using the wire brush to do an extreme cleaning of the contacts. But could it be something else.

-Robert
