Volvo Replacement seats - A Quest...... 200

I am still in search of a viable (aka cheap) source for seat replacement foam and springs for a 90 240, both front seats.

I have searched the junk yards, and found those seats to be ...well...also old as hell. Foam just does not last that long. The ones with the missing seats must have been the only good ones left....

Has anyone found a "new" replacement? I do not want to pay the dealer for a complete new seat (if they can get them still). I just want to buy the foam and springs for the seat bottoms, perhaps the backs, for the cheapest possible price.

Is the quest, like like the holy grail, futile? Have others tried and also failed as I have? Is there hope?
