Motor Mount Replacement Question 200 1987

How can I disagree with 85 years of automotive experience. Sorry, but you'll never see anyone responsible for a customer's car jacking the motor up under the oil pan or the damper to change the mounts. The lifting eye on the thermostat housing is made for that. Even under the shade tree, you guys should bridge the fender rails with a board or hunk of steel instead of squashing 20 year old pan gaskets. Sheesh.
