Dead Engine 200

Well the car is now in my driveway. I pulled everything off of the engine to let me reach the timing belt. Sure enough it was ripped apart. The cam is locked up along with the I shaft pulley. The crank turns, but only to a certain point and then a ping sound can be heard. If only the cam was locked I'd try a good used replacement head for it. Would the bearings in the lower end be shot if the oil pump has locked? I'm also presuming it has some piston damage if a valve was locked open.

Too bad the owner didn't change the oil. That would have kept this engine going for a long time.
