The wacky tales of bulb failure lights 200

I recently replaced my cracked tail lenses, but transferred wholesale my old green circuit boards, tail light housings, and bulbs. Now, whilst the lights work, I get a bulb failure warning when the headlights are on, but when I step on the brake, the bulb failure warning light blinks off.

Thoughts?
