Power Steering Pulley leaking 900 1995

Forum,
After a long drive, I noticed that some fluid was getting sprayed around by the serpentine belt. I took everything apart, and then noticed the power steering pulley doesn't turn very well and also appeared to be leaking. I'd like to buy a new one, but I'm not sure exactly what this part is.
It's the pulley that has a reservoir for power steering fluid right above the alternator. Do I need to replace the entire thing? What exactly is it called - just a power steering pulley? Does that include the reservoir? Any tips on replacing it? The hose isn't looking too good either so I might as well get a new one of those too.
Thanks again!

Kip
