Left turn signal stuck on when head light on 900 1996

Hi,
I have a 1996 960 wagon with an interesting problem. When I turn on my running or head lights, my front and back turn signal light turn on and do not blink. The left directional arrow light on the dash also stays on solid and does not blink. This happens when the directional switch is in the "off" position and in the left "on" position. When you move the switch to the right "on" position, the right directional blink fine. Also, when the running and head light are off, everything works fine.
