heat heat shield -rattle, rattle, shimmy, shake 200

gentlemen,

had to leave work early to come home and post. this one has me tweaked since i dispise unusual noises from my ride.

where do you normally get rattles from the heat shield? which section? front or back of the shield?

EVERYTHING under the car is one year old -installed by myself, so we know it was done right- and appears very tight.

any nuggets of wisdom. i got access to a welder, dremel, air hammer :-), and a huge, heavy Big Fu*&ing Hammer (b.f.h.)

i would like to fix this ASAP and take some time to enjoy the car, every week it's something. we have a big week of surfing comming up, and i have limited time for car drama.

THANKS.
