If the wheel bearing is on and off catching, it will cause the wheel to pull, think of it like applying only the brake on the right front wheel for a split second.... If the bearings are making noise, replace them before they do real damage to the spindle, rotor, or caliper. I consider wheel bearings safety critical components.
