Replacement end links don't fit 900 1994

Upgrading to IPD swaybars purchased via auction site. I purchased replacement end links after twisting off one during the installation of the bars. The replacements from FCP Groton arrived but the lower bushing ID is too small for the bolt to pass through. It measures somthing like .43 inches ID and the bolt is somthing like .46 inches. Should the bushing be bored out for the bolt or should the bolt "cut " its way through? I tried searching the archives w/o any luck.
Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
