'90 240 driver's window seal 200 1990

The lower inside window seal on my '90 240 rolls under when the window goes down, then snaps back into place after the window is down. It usually starts at about the driver's shoulder area and progressively pulls down about 6 inches of seal before the window clears the edge of the seal. The only part rolling down is the narrow upper 1/4 inch, so it pushes the door panel in just a bit each time. The front part of the seal also leaves rub marks on the window. Can this seal be repaired/replaced? I've cleaned the window and the seal, but that doesn't help. I've tried talc on the seal and that helps for a little while.
