740 TURBO-ECU?

Hi fellow Brickers. First, thank you to the folks who replied to my first post. My 91 Turbo Wagon still won't start. I have replaced the timing belt, removed the head, tested the injectors, disconnected all the connectors & checked all the wiring for high resistance & shorts, installed a new supression relay, disassembled & tested the ballast resistor. Well, you get the picture. If you give it a shot of ether while cranking, it will fire. I put a noid light on the injector connectors, and it lights, but VERY dimly. Also, I cannot get any kind of reading between terminals 9 & 32, or 9 & 34 on the ECU connector. I believe the ECU is the culprit. My only reservation is that when putting the system in diagnostic mode, the injectors DO cycle. Is this normal? Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Ken
