Brake master cylinder rebuild kits? 120-130

I'm going to upgrade to a dual circuit brake master cylinder from my only single circuit. The new cylinder needs a rebuild, and I'll need to move/extend some brakelines as well.

I've looked around a bit and found at least one supplier for the rebuild kit. Problem is that they list the same kit for the single circuit cylinder as for the later dual circuit cylinder. Are they the same inside?

Also, can the brakelines be safely extended using the sort of kit that JCWhitney sells for VWs?
