replacing v90 rear wiper assembly S90-V90 1998

hi. can anyone provide advice on the proper method for replacing the rear wiper assembly. this includes everything from the wiper motor to the assembly that rotates the blade. i have replaced everything but i cannot get the wiper blade to return to the off position (horizontal right). our input is appreciated.
