'89 760 Dead Fan Blower Motor

At the right of your pic, 3 screws holding a black round cover about 5-6 inches in diameter. Remove the electrical connection and then you can take the fan out. One of the screws (left bottom) is also holding a bracket that you have to carefully bend away to get the fan out. New fan will have another electrical connection, the white connector at bottom left will fit directly to the new unit, just discard the the old wires and connector
