I don't think they relocated the od relays in the 240's but my hands on experience with the 240 overdrive relay only goes to 1990.

With the glove box removed it should be right around the lower left corner of the opening. A white relay possibly clipped to a metal brace in that area, sort of tucked away.

I bet there are 10 or 15 relays that need resoldered (or replaced if you don't solder or have money burning a hole in your pocket) for every solenoid that needs replaced.
