67 wagon tailgate 120-130

Is there something that bolts to the floor to hold the tyre too?

Now that I know what the hole is for, does anyone know the correct routing for the fuel tank breather? Was the breather like the attached picture on all models of wagon? I haven't taken the filler out yet (my tank is out for repairs at the moment) but I can't see the breather pipe when I look up the spout. I am guessing that the breather pipe sticks down through the body panel with the grommet.
