`65 122 difficult starting after sitting several days 120-130

This car starts and runs well, but after several days rest is more recalcitrant.
It`s as if the float bowls have emptied. After several attempts it will start and idle just fine. Use (or not) of the choke doesn`t seem to make a difference.

It has an non-OEM fuel pump (fairly new) that was on the car when I bought it. I have an inline fuel filter between the pump and the carbs. Chokes are working fine . I cannot detect any fuel leaks. Could the fuel be evaporating or might this be something other than a carb scenario?
