oil leak mechanic said would be fixed by timing belt change? 200 1992

A few weeks ago I dropped my 240 off to have the kickdown cable replaced. When I picked the vehicle up the mechanic said there was an oil leak (there definately is) and that it was being caused by a gasket and or seal that they replace when they do a timing belt change. The price he quoted for the timing belt change and all the gaskets/seals that would be replaced was around 300+ dollars.

I have decided to go ahead and change the timing belt myself, but I don't know what other seals to buy to replace, can anyone provide any guidance?

I am also going to replace the front casing, it looks cracked.

Thanks in advance.
