1989 760 Turbo No Start

Hi all,

I'm trying to get my dad's car to start. It currently has no spark. Luckily we have a 1988 740 turbo in the family for testing as well.

I've switched:
- the power stage
- the distributor / hall effect sensor
- the coil
- the radio suppression relay
- the ICU

I've been through the FAQ's and am kind of stumped. Testing at the power stage connector I am not getting 12 volts at pin 1 and terminal 5 and ground is a steady 2 volts while cranking - its not oscillating between 0 and 2 volts.

I'm running out of ideas; anyone have any suggestions?
