Where is the Timing Mark on the Crankashft ? 700 1986

Brickboard Homies,

I am trying line up the Timing Belt on my '86 B230FT. I pulled off the top half of the Timing Belt cover and cranked the Engine Clockwise to where the camshaft dimple is lined up perfectly with the Notch in the rear part of the top half of the Timing Belt cover.

I want to know what I can use to check the alignment of the Crank without having to pull off the cowling, the fan, the hoses & belts, etc....

Is there a way to line up the crank without having to pull off all of the fan and stuff ?

I can 2 "0" marks on the timing belt cover and CLEARLY can see the notch on the harmonic balancer. What do I use to make sure the crank is where it is supposed to be (#1 at TDC) while the cam is resting at its' correct position ?

I figured someone on here would know the answer to this.

Thanks in advance.
