exhaust manifold leak (1993 940 turbo wagon, 162,000 miles) 900 1993

Hello all,
I have an issue with an exhaust smell in the car when I start it up. I used soapy water and found that #4 exhaust was leaking, the manifold connection to my turbo, and the exhaust pipe leading to the catalytic converter. How bad the leaks are is hard to determine. I have a grumbling sound when i accelerate (sounds like pinging) but its not. I do not want to take these items apart (sigh) but I guess I have to in order to seal it up. Any ideas to help save the day?

Thanks so much!
