Broken motor mount. 200

I was installing my new engine in my 240 today. Brand new engine mounts from FCP Groton. When I tightened up the driver's side and rocked the engine a bit, the whole thing came apart; the "lid" holding the engine side stud separated from the rubber. How are the studs fastened in these things? It doesn't even look like it was glued together. Very disappointed. Should I check out VOLVO original parts for these? Has anyone else had this problem?
