240 no start update/help needed 200 1986

hello again--
so my 240 was losing power and then not starting. got a new fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel filter, and air mass meter. it worked fine for a week (350 miles) then did the same thing again. we squeezed the hose coming out of the gas tank, and that allowed the car to start, but no power to move, unless the engine is revved up a lot. it seems like gas isn't getting where it needs to go.

i'm going to clean the throttle body, iac. any suggestions on what else to do? are the fuel injectors at fault? thanks for any help, i need it!
